Dade Thieriot founded Dee Vine Wine in 1996, as a retail outlet on Pier 19 in San Francisco. Over the years, Dade’s relationships grew in Germany, starting in the Mosel, and then expanding to develop the portfolio into a stunning and extremely curated collection of Riesling producers.
