Farid Dormishian of Falcon Spirits studied Biochemistry at U.C. Berkeley, followed by graduate work in Microbiology, and then spent two full decades working in his field…all the while experimenting in distillation and fermentation. Since his launch in 2011, he has produced small batch, award winning spirits using the abundance of high quality farm products produced in California.
