Bobby Joseph and Jaam Jibril put their middle names on the label to emphasize their personal commitment and involvement. From the cellar to the vineyard, all the way to marketing, it’s just them. They met when they were both young winemakers working at Kosta Browne, and then opposite end of the spectrum, they both worked at Jolie-Laide, and then at Marine Layer. Quite the line up! As a team, they are focused on creating lively, fresh, and unique wines using native fermentation and minimal intervention in the cellar. They source grapes from small, family-owned vineyards that farm organically. How about wine that is fun AND serious, approachable, delicious, thoughtful, clean, and completely crushable? That is Joseph-Jibril.
