Legendary Oregon wines born of greatness.
Jean-Nicolas Méo and Jay Boberg became friends in 1988, when Jean-Nicolas was studying abroad in the United States. Over the years, Jean-Nicolas immersed himself in Méo-Camuzet, his family’s renowned domaine, and Jay built IRS Records into a seminal indie label. Throughout that time, they shared an interest in the quality and potential of Oregon Pinot Noir. That mutual affection drew them to the north Willamette Valley and a partnership. The viticulture and winemaking at Nicolas-Jay are informed by years of working the soils of Burgundy’s Grand Crus, and an understanding of old vine sites, including their own organically farmed estate Bishop Creek Vineyard, and more recently, their 53-acre Dundee Hills Estate.
In short, these are exceptional wines made by the truly exceptional.
