Friends and co-founders Miles Beckett and Steve Seigel had many things in common, but the most important through line was tequila. As most of us know, a strong relationship with tequila can have it’s drawbacks, and those drawbacks sent Miles and Steve on a mission to create an agave experience that didn’t crush your tomorrow. They also know (as does any proper tequila drinker), that quality and purity are tantamount to enjoyment. After countless experiments they created Ola Sol, an agave fermented wine (not distilled so not a spirit, ergo available to type 41 license holders) from five year old 100% Blue Weber Agave. In short, it gives you the flavor of tequila, but with half the alcohol and half the sugar. Organically farmed, no added sugar, and as natural as it gets. Yes Goldilocks, this porridge is exactly right!
