Woman owned and founded, Prima Pavé was created by wife and husband team, Dejou and Marco Marano during Dejou’s pregnancy with their son Giacomo. The Marano’s work with growers farming sustainably in Friuli, Abruzzo and Puglia, and use traditional methods for fermentation and vinification. This is Pinot Grigio, Sauvingon Blanc, Gewürtztraminer and Montepulciano, dealcoholize low and slow through a unique low-intervention, reverse osmosis filtration system so they are able to preserve the texture, mouthfeel, flavors and complexity of our normal favorite fermented beverage and get it to 0.0%. That’s zero alcohol. And, there is nothing added. Not a thing. This is wine my friends! Just without the ABV. Low on calories, high on delicious. You will miss nothing but the hangover!
