Premium Vodka Made with Napa Valley Grapes
Co-founders and friends Ian Devereaux White and Maksim Chmerkovskiy have a shared Ukrainian heritage, and like most people, their history includes as many bad times as good. For them, the through line in these memories is a hefty dose of Vodka! In walks Tetya Kapa, Maksim’s Aunt Kapa would taught him many things, one of which was how to drink anyone under the table. The celebrations, the devastations, all require families coming together, and Vodka is the common drink of choice. Both are now proud California residents, and they both believe that the quality of ingredients matter. The world’s best spirits (stuff like Pappy, etc) use winter wheat for many reasons, and so Kapa spared no expense on these ancient grains. To add balance, complexity, and a gentle sweetness they hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc from sustainably farmed vineyards in Napa (Ian’s day job is making wine at Smith-Devereaux Winery). Kapa is an exceptionally clean, hand-made spirit made by two friends with historic vodka drinking chops.
