Husband and wife team Tim and Shennon Welch are doing things the hard way, and you will love them for it. The whole line up is distilled from non-GMO California grains and are mashed, fermented, distilled and bottled in house. These are labors of love, from the H.O.B.S. Gin (Harbor of Broken Souls, in honor of Gin’s long history with the Navy), to the Lime Vodka (made from 160 pounds of fresh Persian limes per 50 gallons of vodka). You can taste their dedication in every cocktail!
